Effective July 1st, I will be changing Total
Cardio-Kickboxing on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Total Body Fitness. Total Body Fitness Small Group Training will
enable me to use a broader variety of fitness formats and exercises such as
cardio-kickboxing, high intensity interval training, circuits, bootcamp, tabata rounds,
and more. Each session includes cardio,
upper, lower body and core conditioning and strengthening, and flexibility to deliver a full
body workout experience for the beginner to advanced exerciser. Classes are conducted in a small group format
(under 10 people) and are instructed by a certified personal trainer.

Maryland.
R.G. Fitness and Wellness Solutions also provides small
group personal training (2 – 4 people), as well as mobile fitness classes and personal
training services.
